2026 MEC Women’s Lacrosse Championship Field Set

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - The Mountain East Conference announced Wednesday night the seeds and matchups for the 2026 MEC Women’s Lacrosse Tournament, which will begin this Sunday on campus sites.
 
Davis & Elkins (11-7, 4-6) will travel to Wheeling (8-8, 6-4) for the MEC Play-In Game, which pits the fifth-seeded Senators and the fourth-seeded Cardinals. That game is set for 7 p.m.
 
Next Thursday, April 30th, the winner of the Play-In Game will face the No. 1 seed and the MEC Regular Season Co-Champion Frostburg State, which finished the regular season 14-3 overall and 9-1 in MEC play. That game is set for 6 p.m. The other semifinal features Dominican University of California, traveling from San Rafael, California, playing at the MEC Regular Season Co-Champion the University of Charleston on Thursday at 3 p.m. Dominican is 10-3 this season, while UC is 13-5 overall and 9-1 in MEC play.
 
The MEC Championship will be played at the highest remaining seed on Sunday, May 3. The final will be played at 1 p.m.
