BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. — Five Mountain East Conference athletes will compete in next week’s NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The three-day event will be hosted by Colorado State University Pueblo at the CSUP Thunderbowl.
A trio of men’s student-athletes and a pair of women’s field competitors qualified for the NCAA championships: Charleston’s Zane “Iggy” Chalker and Brooke Burns; West Liberty’s Isaac Tavo and Ky’Ara Ross; and Frostburg State’s Thomas McCoy.
Chalker, Burns, Ross, and McCoy will compete in finals on Thursday, while Tavo is set to compete on Friday, May 23.
