BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – Notre Dame’s Hannah Berlin repeated as the Mountain East Conference Women’s Swimmer of the Week, the league office announced on Monday afternoon.
 
The MEC Swimmer of the Week award are presented by The Health Plan.
 
The senior secured Notre Dame’s lone first-place finish of the week, winning the 500 freestyle during a tri-meet against John Carroll and Oberlin. She turned in a time of 5:27.07 in the 500 freestyle and won the race by nearly eight seconds. Berlin also took second place in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:03.97. In relay events, Berlin helped Notre Dame to runner-up finishes in the 200 medley and 400 free relays.
