INDIANAPOLIS – The Concord University and Notre Dame College football teams represented the Mountain East Conference in the first release of the NCAA Division II Football Regional Rankings that were unveiled Monday afternoon.
The first of three Super Region One Rankings listed teams in alphabetical order not by ranking. The teams to appear along with Concord (6-2) and Notre Dame (6-2) were Ashland (7-0), Assumption (5-1), Bentley (6-2), Indiana (Pa.) (7-0), Kutztown (6-2), New Haven (6-1), Shepherd (8-0) and Slippery Rock (7-1).
At the conclusion of the regular season, the top seven teams from each of the four super regions make the NCAA Division II Playoff bracket.
