Notre Dame College graduated one of the top backs in the league from last year, and will now be riding the arm of senior quarterback Ray Russ. Russ was second in the league in passing yards in 2013 with 2,504, and also took good care of the ball with 21 touchdowns compared to just 10 interceptions. The NDC offense also returns one of the more versatile weapons in tight end Ray J Brown who was a first team All-MEC selection.

On defense, NDC returns the leading tackler in the league last year in Hayden Davis, along with its top sack man in defensive end Derrick Bavol. However, the Falcons will need to do a better job keeping teams out of the end zone this year after giving up over 30 points a game last year. 

Head coach Adam Howard is entering his fifth year at the helm of the program he starterd back in 2010. NDC will be a part of the Mountain East Conference opener on the road at Fairmont State on Thursday night, Sept. 4, at 7 p.m.
