FAIRMONT, W. Va. -  The Mountain East Conference announced Monday the winners of this week’s Volleyball Player of the Week awards. The MEC Player of the Week awards are presented by The Health Plan. 

Meg Williams is the MEC Offensive Player of the Week, while Allie Davis is the MEC Defensive Player of the Week.

Williams, a senior outside hitter from Shady Spring, West Virginia, totaled 58 kills over four games for the Mountain Lions. Williams earned a 194% hitting percentage on 170 attempts. Williams had 69.5 points and 3.63 kills per set, which helped Concord earn two wins throughout the week. 

Davis, a senior libero from Jonesborough, Tennessee, totaled 69 digs over four games. The Mountain Lion’s libero had 4.31 digs per set, earning 20 digs in a three set victory over Roosevelt. Davis also totaled 19 digs in a four set match against Shepherd.
