BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – The University of Charleston women’s tennis team finished the regular season undefeated and captured the 2025 Mountain East Conference regular season championship once again. The Golden Eagles will be the No. 1 seed in this weekend’s MEC Championship at the Schoenbaum Tennis Courts in Charleston, West Virginia.

UC, which finished 18-4 overall and 6-0 in MEC play, will face No. 4 West Liberty on Saturday at :30 a.m. The other semifinal — No. 2 Fairmont State vs. No. 3 West Virginia Wesleyan — will follow at noon.

The MEC championship will be played Sunday, May 4 at noon.
