Charleston, Frostburg State and Concord Selected For NCAA Women’s Soccer Tournament

INDIANAPOLIS – The University of Charleston, Frostburg State, and Concord will represent the Mountain East Conference in this year’s NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer Tournament as the full field was announced on Monday night.
 
Frostburg State, the MEC North Division Champions and MEC Tournament runner-up, is the No. 6 seed and will take on the No. 3 West Chester in the first round at 3 p.m. on Friday, November 17th. The game will be played at Kutztown University.

Concord, the No. 7 seed, will travel to the No. 2 seeded Kutztown on Friday, November 17th for a  6 p.m. kickoff. 
 
Charleston, the 2023 MEC South Division and Tournament Champions, is the No. 1 seed in the Atlantic Region and earned a first-round bye. Charleston will open NCAA Tournament play on Sunday, November 19th at 1p.m., against the winner of the Gannon-Mercyhurst match.
