BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. - The Mountain East Conference today released its Academic All-MEC Teams and the Commissioner's Honor Roll for the Fall 2023 semester. The list includes sports that conducted their championship in the fall (football, men's cross country, men's golf, men's soccer, volleyball, women's cross country, women's golf and women's soccer).

To be a member of the Academic All-MEC Team, the student-athlete must be a member of the active roster and have a grade-point average of 3.70-4.00 in the semester of their championship season. To qualify for the Commissioner's Honor Roll, a student-athlete must be a member of the active roster and post a grade-point average between 3.25-3.69 in the semester of their championship season.

A total of 1,255 student-athletes were recognized by the MEC, with more than half that earned Academic All-MEC honors (3.70 or higher) in their respective sports.
