Each week the Mountain East Conference will head to one of the 12 campuses in the league to feature coaches, student-athletes and other personalities on the MEC Podcast. 

This week's guest is West Virginia State head coach John Pennington. Coach Pennington talks about how he passed up a career as an accountant and fell in love with coaching football after his career at WVU, and also shares lessons he learned from mentors along the way. He also talks about his experiences during his first year as a head coach, including a look at some of the results for the Yellow Jackets this year.
