CHARLESTON, W.Va. -- The two two teams in the Mountain East Conference will meet for the league tournament title on Sunday morning at Schoenbaum Courts in Charleston.

West Liberty trailed 2-1 after doubles, but rallied to win four singles matches to defeat Charleston 5-3 in the first semifinal match. Lauren Howard, Raissa Wischi, Emily Dawson and Alex Barr came through with wins in singles to help the 'Toppers advance to the finals.

Top-seeded West Virginia State swept through the three doubles matches and picked up wins at No. 2 and No. 6 to defeat West Virginia Wesleyan. Brittany Franco and Jordan Kerns were winners in singles and doubles for the Yellow Jackets.

West Virginia State and West Liberty will meet in the MEC Tournament finals tomorrow at 10 a.m. at Schoenbaum Tennis Courts.
